Brochures on Cystic Fibrosis
We are proud and happy to present our new brochures on cystic fibrosis. The significant advances in CF treatment in Norway in recent years have created a need to update our informational materials. Many of our members are now experiencing a changed everyday life, and it is important that this is reflected in the information we share.
Therefore, we have developed a new, comprehensive brochure called "Living with CF". It covers most aspects of life with CF, from medical information to support for different life stages and information for relatives. The brochure is available in both Norwegian and English. In addition, we offer smaller, topic-specific brochures that focus on individual themes and can be used separately as needed.
We hope that the CF brochures, which you can download digitally below, will be a valuable resource for our members or others who want more information about life with cystic fibrosis. The main brochure, "Å leve med CF", is intended as a comprehensive reference work and is divided into 3 different sections that cover most aspects of life with cystic fibrosis. Here you will find everything from medical information about CF to topics such as different life stages with CF, as well as a chapter dedicated to relatives. The same information drawn from the larger brochure can also be found in the smaller, topic-specific brochures.
"Living with CF" is the English version of the main brochure.
In the brocureIn "Cystisk fibrose", (only available in Norwegian) you will find all the information about CF, from medical information to genetics, diagnosis, treatment, and infection control. This can be a great brochure to use if you need to distribute easily readable and clear information about CF.
"Livsfaser med CF" (only available in Norwegian) addresses the various phases of life with CF and the topics related to them. The brochure begins with childhood, covering themes such as kindergarten and school. It then moves on to adolescence, where we read about puberty, sexuality, education, and partying habits. Furthermore, it focuses on adulthood, with topics such as working life and family planning. Finally, the brochure discusses growing older with CF.
The brochure "Pårørende" (only available in Norwegian) is a brochure that addresses what it is like to be a relative og close one of someone with cystic fibrosis. Here, we read about the various relative roles, such as parents, grandparents, siblings, children of, or partner to someone with CF.
